DR House Temizlik Servisi is a professional final construction cleaning contractor in Karsiyaka, Izmir and Bodrum, Mugla TURKEY. Our company has been specializing in new, final, and post construction clean up services for a broad range of commercial and residential clients since 2013. 

We have a construction cleaning division that is fully supported by a dedicated team of professionals who are trained in post construction cleaning services, operations, estimating job time and costs, safety, and customer service. Our experienced and trained construction cleaning personnel have the expertise and skills to handle all work scopes. No job is too big or too small!

 

DR House TS has a proven track record along with the infrastructure, methodology, and manpower to insure that your project is completed in accordance with your schedule and safety requirements. Depending on the magnitude of the work scope, the duration of these jobs can last from one day to several years. We insure our staff, provide meals and transportation to and from work sites. All staff are in DR House TS uniforms, wear hard hats when necessary and disply their name tags when on construction sites. 

Our construction cleaning services include (but not limited to):

• Washing all surfaces

• High dust removal from ceiling pipes, duct work, vents, light fixtures, etc.

• Stain removal, scrubbing, dusting and vacuuming of all surfaces.

• Cleaning of the insides of cabinets, storage closets, desks etc.

• Full sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms to make them ready for your use. We steam clean all glass surfaces such as shower stalls, glass walls and shelving to ensure all dust and oils are removed permanently. 

• Scrub floors and tiles, polish stainless steel, wipe walls and more.

• Floor cleaning,; waxing and buffing when needed. 

• Cleaning window sills and window frames

• Window and glass cleaning including scraping and etching removal
